Springfields Planning and Development is an independent planning consultancy based in
Great Dunmow, Essex. We offer planning and development services to landowners,

Established in 2011, we bring a wealth of knowledge formed over many years of practical
experience in dealing with a variety of planning projects. The company’s owner is a
Chartered Town Planner and a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1989.

The practice prides itself on high quality and pragmatic planning and development advice, to
help clients meet their objectives. We do not take on work where in our opinion there are
poor prospects of success. By contrast, we have taken on difficult projects where others
have previously failed and successfully turned them around.
